Clay Paky recently sponsored Vegan Fest, a large international exhibition devoted to the eco-friendly and vegan worlds.

The event took place in the splendid setting of Palazzo Mediceo di Seravezza, Versilia. It was a gathering for international animal rights and humanitarian organizations, natural food producers, companies from the world of ecology and well-being, and all dealers and people sensitive to the topic of living according to cruelty-free ethics.

Besides exhibition space for companies that work in the world of ethics, it was also possible to choose from a vast and multifaceted programme of meetings with international guests: seminars, cooking workshops, exhibitions, cultural events and conferences. Vegan Fest 2012 was also a meeting place for several artists (musicians, actors, performers and chefs) who have chosen the vegan way of life.

The organizers recorded more than 30,000 visitors during the five-day exhibition: a truly remarkable figure that shows how Vegan culture has now caught on, and not only in Italy. It is estimated that about 20% of visitors came from outside the country! The show involved over 200 exhibitors and a programme of 300 events in five days, including conferences, concerts, presentations and workshops, which makes Vegan Fest Europe’s largest vegan festival.

Clay Paky was the event’s technical sponsor. It provided the lighting system, consisting of Sharpy and Alpha Spot HPE 700 lights.
