Information pursuant to Art. 13 - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or RE 679/16

Clay Paky s.r.l., data controller, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of the GDPR the following is announced:

  1. Personal data is collected exclusively for the management of the personnel selection process. The data is processed using manual and IT tools with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing. The data will be processed in full compliance with the GDPR, in a lawful and correct manner and in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same. The data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
  2. The provision of the data required for the selection of personnel is necessary for the management of the selective procedure; an exhaustive compilation allows a more complete evaluation of the candidacy, a possible refusal to consent will not allow Clay Paky s.r.l. to continue with the selection activity.
  3. All the data collected, together with any documentation produced by the candidate, may be communicated to the company for the purposes referred to in point 1.
  4. The interested party may at any time assert his rights in relation to Articles 15, 16,17, 18 and 20 of the GDPR or present a complaint to the competent authority.
