Reliability at sea starts at the connection point. Claypaky’s marine-rated connectors are sealed and corrosion-resistant to the same IP66 standard as the fixtures themselves, protecting power and data lines from salt air and moisture so the entire installation performs as one durable system.
Claypaky offers custom white color temperatures and bespoke fixture color options (subject to minimum order quantities), allowing lighting designers and shipyards to align every fixture with the vessel’s interior design and brand palette.
A proprietary sensor tracks each fixture’s exact pan and tilt position in real time, so after a power cycle or a hard reset, every head snaps back to its programmed spot with no recalibration. Program the show once and it plays back the same way, saving the onboard crew valuable time between sets.
Direct sunlight can damage inner components. Claypaky’s SunSafe system automatically repositions the fixture’s head away from direct sun exposure, protecting optics and internal components without interrupting the show, essential for fixtures mounted on open decks under constant sun.
