eSWAP
Profile-to-Spot interchangeability with automatic configuration.
eSWAP
Profile-to-Spot interchangeability with automatic configuration.
It is a unique feature of the AROLLA MP Series, that is the interchangeability of the framing assembly of the profile version with the gobo module from the spot model. These modules can be moved from their fixture to the other version and the fixture’s electronics immediately recognizes and configures the fixture to operate with the module, so users do not have to make any changes themselves to the menu system.

GoBright Technology
No light loss or color shift.
GoBright Technology
No light loss or color shift.
In most of the white LED source fixtures on the market, the gobo insertion lowers the brightness and varies the color temperature. Manufacturers’ common solution is to insert a cold filter and raise the color temperature, but this leads to a loss of brightness. Thanks to our exclusive “Go-Bright” technology, there is no light loss or color shift when gobos are inserted into the beam. “Go-Bright” is a Claypaky proprietary solution, based on a “made in Italy” special coating.

Customized White Laser Engine
Claypaky extends its laser technology portfolio, introducing customized blue-laser pumped phosphors engine.
Customized White Laser Engine
Claypaky extends its laser technology portfolio, introducing customized blue-laser pumped phosphors engine.
This technology is implemented to boost lumen output and on-axis candelas, and represent an alternative to RGB-technology when color dynamics and light homogeneity is not a must for the application. That’s why Claypaky adopted white laser engine to replace traditional Xenon-based search light with the SKYLOS.
Similarly to RGB-laser engines, fixtures based on white lasers can be commercialized and used in the US-territory under the XTYOS variance.

Tonedown™
For true silent operation on stage.
Tonedown™
For true silent operation on stage.
Claypaky redesigned the cooling system: even at full output the noise is just 27dB. In addition to this, the fan has been taken out of the base. This reduces noise even further on stage and removes black noise from other frequencies that can sometime be annoying.
TONEDOWN™ is a feature that was impossible to achieve before and gives a huge scope for designers and theatre directors to incorporate stunning new choreography and performance aspects.

In Field Calibration
Calibration for matching the color temperatures to other fixtures.
In Field Calibration
Calibration for matching the color temperatures to other fixtures.
This wonderful development allows both older and the latest fixtures to match color temperature and output. Using our CloudIO software and measuring equipment, you can tune the new Sinfonya and multicolor Claypaky fixtures to others in the theatre for you. This technology provides for consistency between a variety of fixtures in a theatre or tour.

Absolute Positioning
Set the beam to the desired position.
Absolute Positioning
Set the beam to the desired position.
We have equipped pan and tilt motors with proprietary sensors to measure the head position and direction within tight tolerances. This “closed-loop” approach guarantees the positioning of beams as required, with a precision and accuracy of a few millimeters with throws over tens of meters.

Lineguard
Claypaky’s new and innovative frost system uses two pairs of blades instead of two individual ones.
Lineguard
Claypaky’s new and innovative frost system uses two pairs of blades instead of two individual ones.
Traditionally, a single blade would not provide a uniform effect, our new approach using pairs provides much higher beam uniformity. By using two pairs, and by placing them properly into between projection optics, greater soft edges and uniform wash effects are achieved for better looks and performance. This system removes annoying unwanted reflections in the beam when the blades are inserted creating better looks.

Accuframe™
Accurate Framing, for better resolution and focusing.
Accuframe™
Accurate Framing, for better resolution and focusing.
Previous fixtures used 3 or 4 blades on four focal planes that led to poor sharpness. By utilizing two planes we changed the design and have achieved a much higher edge focus, still being able to create triangular and curtain effects. This system saves time in programming and re-focusing, a key request from designers. We found a new way to do this, with a different motorization of the blades’ movements, so that it dramatically improves performance, now 40 times more precise than traditional framing systems.

Infinite Pan Rotation
Continuous pan rotation with endless motion.
Infinite Pan Rotation
Continuous pan rotation with endless motion.
This feature has been implemented into the next generation of the Claypaky Mini Xtylos; a compact laser-based fixture perfect for utilizing this unique feature to create endless effects. Claypaky has performed rigorous testing through thousands of cycles to guarantee that the fixture is as responsive and reliable from initial use through many, many hours of use.

Proprietary RGB Laser Engine
Inspired by RGB lasers used in projection industries, we have developed dedicated engines for moving heads.
This is possible thanks to various key aspects: access to technology, employing technical expertise in laser, optics, electronics, and the proper understanding of market needs to integrate such a technology into moving beams. This is key for developing ground-breaking laser-based fixtures into the US market: mastering the technology means having full control of safety design parameters.

Harsh environment features
Harsh environments require more than an IP65 rating.
The products must be tested to meet the rigors of vibrations and shocks from transportation, very cold ambient temperatures, impact from falling hailstones, electrical overstress, aggressive atmospheres, UV radiation, and more. Claypaky has developed and tests our products to a set of environmental tests that are compliant with international testing standards for the development of outdoor fixtures to meet the needs of the final application.

Understanding Laser Safety and Regulations in the United States
Claypaky brought laser moving heads in the US market.
Claypaky is the first company in the entertainment lighting market to introduce this type of moving head fixture with a proprietary RGB laser engine in the USA, obtaining the issuance of the FDA variance in 2020. To meet these requirements, we developed and implemented proprietary safety features throughout the XTYLOS family of products for the proper and safe use of these fixtures, so that a single variance is related to all Claypaky XTYLOS family models.
