Clay Paky’s ever-popular Sharpy won further acclaim last night following the win of a PLASA Rock Our World Award at a ceremony in Orlando, Florida. The awards were presented at a reception organized by the PLASA association in connection with the annual trade show LDI.
A statement from the organisers read: “Clay Paky has hit a home run with Sharpy, the most powerful-per-watt moving light on the market. At just 16 kg and with an output of 59,760 lx at 20 m (5,552 fc at 65 ft), it can outshine instruments with seven or eight timesits wattage, while consuming only 189 W.”
