Claypaky took center stage at Stage of Tomorrow [Scena Jutra], held on 13–14 April 2026 at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, and organized by Fundacja Scena Jutra, with the support of Claypaky’s Polish distributor, Prolight.
Scena Jutra is a platform that brings together entertainment industry professionals, fostering meaningful encounters, idea exchange, and the discovery of new opportunities in a unique environment for networking and inspiration. Over two dynamic days of conferences, in-depth sessions, and live demonstrations, the event celebrated and promoted the culture of lighting in all its forms. With more than a thousand attendees each day, Scena Jutra attracted a remarkably diverse audience – from highly experienced lighting designers and technicians to young talents eager to enter the entertainment industry.
“Scena Jutra has become a truly important platform for our industry, bringing together professionals across disciplines, as well as the younger generation, encouraging dialogue, and creating space for learning and exchange,” said Alena Turiakova, Marketing Director at Claypaky. “It is not just about showcasing products – it is about educating, inspiring, and strengthening the entire community.”
Claypaky played an active and multifaceted role throughout the event. One of the three stages, the “Discussion Stage” was designed by Lighting Designer Artur Szyman and set up by Polish rental company Shadok., The stage featured a smart and visually striking setup combining cutting-edge 3D video graphics with dynamic lighting. In this high-tech environment, 12 pieces of Claypaky Volero Cube, 24 Tambora Batten, and 4 Arolla Aqua performed flawlessly, enhancing the immersive experience.
On the Academy Stage, Claypaky Product Specialist Giulia Sabeva delivered an educational presentation titled “Smart Technology Choices in Modern Entertainment Lighting: LED, Laser and Still the Lamp.” Her presentation explored the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, concluding that there is no “best” technology – only the best suited to specific application needs..The highlight of the event, however, was undoubtedly the exclusive session with legendary lighting designer Patrick Woodroffe. Renowned for his work with global icons such as the Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Genesis, Michael Jackson, as well as for lighting the Glastonbury Festival and Olympic Games ceremonies, Woodroffe brought decades of experience and insight to the stage.
The session unfolded as an engaging and informal conversation, hosted by Claypaky Sales Strategy & Processes Manager Francesco Romagnoli and Alena Turiakova. Woodroffe captivated the audience with stories from his career, sharing not only his experiences but also valuable advice for the next generation of lighting professionals.
He talked about how he had worked with Claypaky over so many years, both as a customer for their products but also as a partner in the seminars and workshops all over the world. The friendships he had formed with the team from Bergamo were a valued part of his life.
“It was a pleasure to take part in this great event. Prolight and Claypaky organized it flawlessly,” said Patrick Woodroffe.“It is a truly valuable occasion for our industry, bringing together professionals from across the field. I am passionate about sharing the culture of lighting with younger generations, and I was genuinely impressed by the feedback and the insightful, thoughtful questions from the audience.
Alena Turiakova added: “Patrick Woodroffe is not just an iconic lighting designer; he’s an extraordinary communicator. Charismatic and approachable, he has a unique ability to connect with people. I’m certain everyone who attended will carry a lasting and inspiring memory of this experience. And we are proud, as Claypaky, to be part of it”.
